那充满汗水、充满欢声笑语的5天军训生活，是我初中生活里最充实、最难忘的时光，那种刻骨铭心的苦与乐让我永远也忘不了。烈日骄阳下，我们如同一尊尊雕像立在那里纹丝不动，汗珠如断了线的珠子般从脸颊滑落、浸湿了衣服和帽子，可是却没有一个人去擦。长时间的站立，双脚像被灌了铅一样，又酸下麻，腰部和腿部的骨头艰难比支撑着身体，仿佛用手轻轻一碰，就会立刻散架了似的，阳光越发强烈，晒得我晕头晕脑的，忽然，两眼一黑，就要瘫倒在地，教官飞也似地冲过来将我扶住，那一刻，全身的无力和难受感将我包围，令我深深地感到恐惧，但是我环顾周围的同学，有谁不是在忍着酷热的天气。咬紧牙失坚持着？我们大家是一个集体，即使再苦再累，我也坚决不能掉队！于是我一鼓气地站着来，继续坚持。我很庆幸，我们这些生长在温室里的花朵，终于有一天能够磨励自己的意志，勇敢地战胜风雨，蜕变成一株顽强、坚韧的小野花，这种勇气和信心，让我觉得我长大了，成长的喜悦令我永远也忘不了！
The 5-day military training life full of sweat and laughter was the most fulfilling and unforgettable time of my junior high school life. The unforgettable hardships and joys will never be forgotten by me. Under the scorching sun, we stood there like statues, motionless. Sweat beads slid down our cheeks like broken beads, soaking our clothes and hats, but no one went to wipe them. After standing for a long time, my feet felt like they had been injected with lead, and they were sore and numb. The bones in my waist and legs were struggling to support my body, as if a gentle touch with my hand would immediately cause it to fall apart. The sunlight became even stronger, making me dizzy and disoriented. Suddenly, my eyes darkened, and I was about to collapse to the ground. The instructor rushed over to support me, as if flying. At that moment, the weakness and discomfort of my whole body surrounded me, making me deeply afraid. But as I looked around my classmates, who wasn't enduring the hot weather. Biting your teeth tightly and persevering? We are all a collective, no matter how hard or tired we are, I will never fall behind! So I stood there with a puff of air and continued to persevere. I am very fortunate that we, the flowers growing in the greenhouse, can finally sharpen our will one day, bravely overcome wind and rain, and transform into a tenacious and resilient little wildflower. This courage and confidence make me feel like I have grown up, and the joy of growth will never be forgotten!
军训期间，班上“后勤部”的同学默默地为我们付出了许多，让我们甚是感动，虽然他们因身体状况未能参加此次军训活动，但他们的种种暖心举动让我们深深地感受到我们八0一班这个大家庭的友爱与温暖，每个人为集体努力的模样是如此的可爱！
During the military training, the students from the "Logistics Department" in our class silently put in a lot of effort for us, which touched us deeply. Although they were unable to participate in this military training activity due to their physical condition, their various heartwarming actions made us deeply feel the love and warmth of our big family, Class 801. Everyone's collective efforts are so lovely!
通过这5天的相处，我们发现教官其实并不严厉，恰恰相反，他对我们更多的展示的是他温柔的一面，他教我们唱歌耐心的一次又一次的示范和指导，让大家越发的喜欢他。这一周，有他陪伴的军训时光，我们收获的更多是快乐。
Through these 5 days of interaction, we found that the instructor is not actually strict. On the contrary, he showed us more of his gentle side. He patiently demonstrated and guided us in singing time and time again, making everyone like him even more. This week, with his company during military training, we gained more happiness.
苦是甜的根，甜是苦的果，只有付出了艰辛，收获的才是帅乐。5天的辛苦训练到台上的三分钟，那一刻，涌上心头喜悦和自豪永远也无法忘记！不经历风雨，怎见得彩虹？这次军训之旅不仅身体素质的提高，更是心智上的成长，它给我们的少年时代留下了许多忘不了的珍贵回忆，也为我们的青春增添一抹靓丽的色彩！
