尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好！我是初一一班的
这是我从小学升上来的第一个学期，从在这学期里面我学习到了很多东西，不单单是知识，更有一些课堂上学不到的东西。从我初中入学以后，我的父母和老师都和我说，我不是一个小学生，我是中学生了，是一个大孩子了。所以一定要有初中生该有的样子。
哪初中生该有什么样子呢？在经过我的总结之后我觉得首先要有一个端正的学习太多，不能再像小学时候一样只顾着玩了，要把心思用在学习上，不辜负爸爸妈妈送我们来学习读书花的的钱，更不能辜负爸爸妈妈的良苦用心。其次就是要有素质，买完东西要和别人说谢谢，说个谢谢又不会对大家怎么样，但对别人来说就是最好的鼓励。与人为善就是与己为善，你帮了别人要是别人要是要是和你说一句谢谢你是不是会开心很多。老话说，以己度人，不能总是想着自己怎么舒服，你要是让别人舒服了，别人肯定也会让你舒服吧。还有就是尊老爱幼，像我们平常坐公交车要是没有空座了，给那些爷爷奶奶或者小朋友让个座，别人心里一定也很开心吧。何况这种事情是可以传播的，你给别人让了座，别人回去一说，别人的子女也开始让座，就这样大家不都开始养成这样的良好习惯了吗。最后呢就是爱卫生，不管是家里卫生，学校卫生还是公共卫生，大家都要爱护。像在地板上看见有个纸呀，有个瓶子呀，塑料袋呀什么的大家都可以主动扔到垃圾桶里，不然如果大家都不做，就放在那里，哪长久下来我们的地球不就毁了吗。虽然你可能愿意把自己家里卫生搞干净，帮助爸爸妈妈做点家务活，但如果到外面也是这样的话，每个人都只要做那么一小点，环卫阿姨们都会轻松很多，如果每个人都愿意爱卫生的话，那么我们的地球都会变得更加的美好。
还有就是现在大家都喜欢讲脏话，觉得成熟，有趣。但对于我们中学生来说这些都是不应该的。脏话毕竟不是什么好的东西，而且如果经常说别人就会觉得，这个人很低俗，很没有素质。好习惯都是养成的虽然一开始大家肯定不会太适应，但长期坚持下去肯定是可以的。别人看见你这样也会夸我们有教养，有素质，讲文明。我们是还在成长的中学生，我们肩负着长辈们的期望，所以在我们学习的同时希望大家都能够成为文明中学生，争当文明中学生！

在威斯敏斯特教堂地下室里，英国圣公会主教的墓碑上写着这样一段话：当我年轻自由的时候，我的想象力没有任何局限，我梦想改变这个世界。当我渐渐成熟明智的时候，我发现这个世界是不可改变的，于是我将眼光放得短浅了一些，那就只改变我的国家吧！但是我的国家似乎也是我无法改变的。当我到了迟暮之年，抱着最后一丝努力的。希望，我决定只改变我的家庭、我最亲近的人——但是，唉！他们根本不接受改变。现在我在临终之际，我才突然意识到：如果起初我只改变自己，接着我就可以依次改变我的家人。然后，在他们的激发和鼓励下，我也许能改变我的国家。再接下来，谁又知道呢，也许我连整个世界都可以改变。
人生如水，人只能去适应环境。如果不能改变环境，就改变自己，只有这样，才能克服更多的困难，战胜更多的挫折，实现自我。如果不能看到自己的缺点和不足，只是一味地埋怨环境不利，从而把改变境遇的希望寄托在改变环境上，这实在是徒劳无益。
虽然我们不能改变世界，但我们可以改变自己，让我们用爱心和智慧来面对一切环境。

on december3, , the bureau of international expositions (or call it bie) announced that shanghai will host expo20xx. the bie had received bids from five cities to host expo20xx. among the 5 nice cities, the bie chose shanghai at last! it’s really an exciting news for not only shanghainese, but also all of chinese people. here are some details about it.

《巴黎圣母院》是美丑对照的典型。敲钟人卡西莫多，拥有极丑陋的外貌，驼背、独眼、几何型的脸。但是，当我们读到，他心中圣洁的爱情，为了美丽善良的艾丝美拉达献出生命时，我们不禁被他纯洁的感情所打动，被他美好的心灵所震撼。反观副主教克洛德，衣冠楚楚，道貌岸然，为满足自己的私欲不择手段。在美与丑的强烈对比中，传达出的对人性美的追求，不正是这部小说的意义所在吗？
说到这儿，我不禁想到了一位乡村教师，他在贵州省的一所乡村小学任教。他的个子不高，脸上沟壑纵横，身上常年有着柴火的气味。在边陲小镇，师资力量薄弱，他便一个人担当起了教书育人的责任。校长是他，为孩子们讲授知识的是他，给孩子们生火做饭的还是他。晴朗的天气下，带着孩子们在的操场上玩耍的是他，下雨的天空中，将孩子们送过那条涨水的小河的还是他。他的心灵是洁白的梨花，芬芳弥散着青山。
心灵的美才是我们所要追求的美，心灵的优雅才是我们所要追求的优雅。外貌的美丑，只是上天给予我们的皮囊，我们没有必要改变，我们所要做的，是坚守内心的善良，成为世间一抹无与伦比的美，活出最好的自己。

成功之路，绝非坦途。没有品尝过失败的味道，又怎样能够告诫自我如何不失败；没有体会过等待的苦楚，又怎样能够感悟成功的魅力。
如果你心中存在了这样的捷径想法，当稍微碰到一点困难，需要坚持一下时，心中就会打起退堂鼓：这不是捷径，我应当走另一条路。转来转去，总在山腰里打转。
中国有句古话叫“欲速则不达”。许多像抄近路、走捷径、快些到达目的地的人却往往“不达”，还是做好思想准备，踏踏实实的走下去吧。

现在我们校园里依旧存在这很多不文明的现象，我们知道这周就会有领导来我们学校对我们学校的的很多方面进行检查。其中我们学校的学生文明的考察也是非常重要一项，他们可以通过我们学校的卫生状况、我们的学习情况、我们宿舍的卫生状况等方面就知道我们在平时是否对注重学校规定，是否有将文明这个词真正带进我们学习生活中的每个地方。
我知道从此杜绝校园不文明的各种现象，是我们学校乃至我们自己都很难做到的，但是我们却可以减少我们校园不文明事件的发生，这不是我们学校努力就可以办到的，而真正能够减少我们校园不文明事件发生的只有我们学生自己。我们如果可以将路上的垃圾丢进垃圾桶、在下课时不在教室大声喧哗、爱护学校的花草树木、在食堂里有序排队就餐，那么我们校园才会变得更加美丽。在学校里最好看的不是我们学校的各种绿化建设，也不是同学们学习、老师工作的身影，而真正美丽的是讲究文明、遵守纪律、自觉的我们。
